Incidet Text Type Table

Hi,

I am looking for a table where Text type SU99 is saved w.r.t Incident.

Please let me know in which table Text details are saved for incidents.

Texts are stored in STXH and STXL. You have to use function READ_TEXT to get the text in a readable form.

you can check the table for texttypes at:

TX: SPRO --> Capabilities --> ITSM --> Text Determination Procedure --> Define TExt Objects and Text Types -->Text Objects and ID´s --> Change --> CRM_ORDERH
