ALV - In drodown list want to add several views along with 'Standard View'

Hi Experts,

In ALV, I want to add few views in the dropdown list (marked in red) along with 'Standard View'.

It's very urgent.Can you please me out?

Hi,

For a particular user, Go to settings and save a view as per your requirement

For all users, as suggested, you can run your application in admin mode and go to settings and save a view as per your requirement. Now, it should be available for all users.

Hi Aninditha,

If you are looking  to create views, which would be reflected to all the users, then we need to open the application in the admin mode from the workbench and create the views and save them. Once you save the changes by giving the application configuration name , a customizing TR would be created and if the rest of the users opens the applications, the views which were created would be visible to them the drop down menu.

If the application is integrated in sap portal, the application configuration name specified must also also specified in Application Configuration parameters in iView property of the application.

Hi Anindita,

You can add view from the settings button, top right side of the ALV table. Personalize your view in the setting and click on Save As.
