Hello,
Lately, we have been facing issue with our TREX.
It disconnects or becomes unreachable from one of the App server of an system.
At the same time its reachable from other instances.
Symptoms :
1> TREX rfc from the App Server will fail
2> In TREXAdmin.sh, that particular server will turn "yellow" and data for that server will be unavailable
3> there are some old(like days old) active connections in SMGW
As an workaround, when we delete the old connections from SMGW of that app server, everything becomes normal back again.
We have already tried changing "timeout" parameters of TREX, but it didnt help.
Any ideas?

What is the Trex SP level? if it is low try to upgrade the SP level latest - 1, and also refer scn link

Hi Vikas ,
As per your previous posts you say you have multiple application servers .
In your RFC connection have you mapped it to any one gateway ?
Check the following Note as well
