Why the SB partner is not selected during PGI

Hi,

I had setup the SB partner in the same SHIPTO account partner tab.

I create a consignment fillup and then proceed to issue the stock.

However, the stock was logged under the soldto account and not the SB partner's account.

Where has I missed out? can someone guide me?

Hi,

If there is only 1 SB and 1 WE in the partner tab for SOLDTO, then it will pickup the SB partner.

However, if I add more SB and more SH to the partner, the system pickups up the wrong SB partner.

It always picks up the very first SB partner which is not correct.

can you advise how it should be setup for multiple SHIPTO and Special Stock Partner?

If the SB is assigned to respective SH, then system will propose the corresponding SB automatically.

However, it does not seems to be working. it does not seems to work in multiple shipto environment.

Do I need to add some customized coding in any of the user exit?

Hi,

I think you need to maintain the partner determination procedure (Set Up Partner Determination for Sales Document Header) for role SB in this way:

Source: SH-Ship to

Origin: blank

Sequence: 1

With these settings the system prompts me to choose the correct SB partner after I selected the Ship to.
