How to Configure Service Desk for Solman 7.1

Hello Experts,

I want to configure Service Desk on our current Solman System to allow logging of "Testing" defects but cant find any good documentations of the process. Anybody here familiar with this or can point me to the correct documentation?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

In Solution Manager 7.1 please use transaction solman_setup --> IT Serivce Management and follow the steps there to configure the service desk.

Also you can refer the below SCN link which contains a lot of details on service desk
