Hello,

When I display the address related to the service order, I get the following error:

Where is the setting related to this? We are planing to use GIS/ESRI but I believe this error is not related the assets location.

Software releases in scope:

SMP 3.0 SP5

WM 6.2

MM 2.0

Is it possible that your company blocked the access to Google map?

Were you able to access the map outside the application?

True but where to change the setting in order to point to other provider? i.e. ESRI.
