UPON SAVING ANY DOCUMENT UNABLE TO GET PRINT PREVIEW. "OUTPUT COULD NOT BE ISSUED" MSG DISPLAYS. WELL GUYS UM A BEGINNER PLEASE GIVE DETAIL REPLY. THANKS

Hi Idrees,

You are having problem with Output of which document. Is it Oder / delivery / biIlling?.

as Suggested by others Maintain Output Condition Record.

ELSE:

go to change mode a document.

If Sales DOc:

Extras-Output-Header - Edit

Maintain Output Types and enter, Go to communication menthod Select Local destination - Locl / LP01, Number of messages 1 & Print immediately and save. Go to VA02/Va03, Sales document - issue to output and check print Preview.

For Billing Doc:

Go to VF02, GO TO - Header - Output and do the same as you did for Sales document (here the output type is different, Standard is RD00)

Go to VF02 / Vf03 - Billing document - Issue to Output.

Just check printer is assigned or not for desired output cond type.. normally if printer is not there you can view preview...

as above suggested check records maintained as desired .. cio shankar1242

for any output preview u will have to maintain output condition records for output triggering,

example for orders output maintain output cond records in VV11

for deli vv21

for billing vv31.

if u maintain here u would be able to see the print preview.

Hi,

Output determination works as per follows:-

1.First you will have to create a output type.

2.Assign output program to this output type either SAP script or Smartform.

3.Assign this output type in output determination procedure along with the desired access sequence.

4.Assign this output determination procedure to your document type Order/Delivery/Billing

5.Maintain the condition record for the access sequence or you can maintain manualy in order/delivery/Billing

6.You can also add the output type manually in the order/Delivery/Billing.

7.Once you assign this output then only you will be able to see the print preview.

Hi,

You need to maintain the output types for those.

For order maintain the outout type in VV11

For delivery maintain in VV21

For billing maintain in VV31
