Unable to make backup from Maxdb GUI

Hello All,

I am trying to start the backup from the max db tool and created a parallel medium for the same. But when i try to read label it throws attached error.

Can someone suggest how we can change it and make it work.

Have you created the folder and if the max db is on windows the please also provide the drive letter. see below example from max db configured backup via DB13.

Hello Sunil,

Which folder need to be created?

First i kept the network drive and it was giving the above error.

Now i have asked my infrastructure guy to add the NAS drive on the server.

He added one drive with name X: and i created one folder in it with name Public and provided all access to it.

But still throwing error but this time little different. See attachement.

I checked further in the logs.

and it says

any lead for the solution of this error?
