Error in SRM Organization Structure

Hello,

we are implementing SAP SRM One Client. The organization structure is being copied across from HR.

For some of the users we are facing an issue while logging into the Portal.

The error message relates to the inconsistency with the user setup/ profile/ attribute. And since the users are being copied across from HR.

We also feel that it can be something to do with the way some users are set up in HR. OR it can be an issue in SRM itself, that the team is not able to understand

Any helpful advice would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

Would you please tell me the errors you have faced so that I can help to judge if this is caused by HR or SRM?

For users who are replicated from HR system, please check its attributes and other information from t-code pposa_bbp to see if it is integrated and maintained well.

Anyway, please let me know the specific errors first.

Hello Pramod - Thanks for your reply.

Tried but didnt work out.

Essentially we are having single client for SRM and all the users are being managed in HR, we just created the BP.

Out of 100 users we are facing issue with only few users.

Let me know if you have some different thought.
