Not Able See SAP Dashboard reports on mobile

Dear All,

We have SAP Busniess object 4.1 sp 6 and few dashboards have been developed when we are try to access this on IPHONE we are not able to see any dashboard,  we are able to connect to BO from mobile using SAP Business object mobile version 6.1.17 app.

this link is working fine http://hostname:8080/MobileBIService/MessageHandlerServlet?message=GetVersion

Details of connection.

• Connection Type: BOE 
  • Server URL – http://<bo_server_ipaddress>:8080
  • CMS Name – ServerName:6400
  • Authentication Mode -  Enterprise
  • Username and Password
• Connect to the SAP BO server

and connection is successfull.

and if try open http://<bo_server_ipaddress>:8080/BOE/BI on safari its opening and i can see the dashboards but when we excute its asking for latest flash player which we cannot install on IPAD.

kindly help to solve this issue.

Hi,

Dashboards are not supported on iphones or android phones yet.

They can be used on tablets and ipads for now.

As you are able to access them using safari, your BO connections seems to be correctly configured.

Given that , you are trying to view them through safari, they wont work as Flash is not supported on apple devices.

To view your dashboards on ipad, login through the SAP BO mobile app on ipad. ( As you did on your iphone )

You should then be able to view them.
