How to create publication or schedule a report to generate separate csv & PDF reports based on prompt value

Hi

For a webi efashion report with city as prompt (optional prompt), I need schedule the report to generate separate csv & pdf reports  for each city (CityName_Timegenerated.csv,*.PDF) in a location.

Can you please suggest how to schedule/create publication in BO 4.0.

I have created a publication by taking another webi report(city values) in dynamic recipient as source for prompt,& in personalization tab mapped reportfield with dynamic receipt mapping.

But i am unable to get separate report per city. (csv output format not able to find in publication)

Did you set up profiles for each user?

Hi Kris,

The reports are not user specific, so have not created the profile,I need all the reports separatly for each city.
