problems accessing the transaction SOLMAN_WORKCENTER

good morning
     I'm working on a SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1 and when I go to access the transaction SOLMAN_WORKCENTER can not display the webpage. Is it possible you need a role? ¿Modify the parameters of portal access ?.

There is one work center role per work center, and the user needs the role SAP_SMWORK_BASIC, which contains the authorization objects required for the work center

Does it work for other web dynpro?

Some settings must be done before using web dynpro.

I suggest you check settings described in KBA 1936501 though it's talking about a different tcode.
