JMS receiver channel in error

Hello experts,

we have a is issue in PI 7.3 dual stack on JMS Receiver channel, error details are

DFA$InvalidTransitionException: No transition found from state: ERROR, on event: process_commence for DFA

In production we have number of scenarios from SAP to JMS and vice versa.

Note- we have multiple server nodes, the above error occurs in few server nodes, once we restart that node, message flows successfully but another nodes goes into same error. Restarting the nodes solves the issue but can some one point out what might be going wrong here.

we have huge message flows on daily basis with JMS, there was not any updates on MQ version and this was working quite good earlier.

Hi Sandip,

Would suggest that you go into NWA and go to the logs under developer logs and see if you can find any errors that might be helpful.

Are you guys doing load balancing?

But also have a look at the link below. It says that multiple nodes are not support for JMS by SAP PI. Not sure if it is true. Will do some digging.
