TAB "certificate" is missing at EP7.4 IDM

I have a strange situation as attached: TAB "certificate" is missing at EP7.4 Identity Management.

NWA->configuration->security->Identity Management.

1) Our DEV and QAS have exactly the same version 7.4 SP level;

2) I log into DEV and QAS with an ID which is a copy of each other, so EP roles/groups are same

    for both IDs.

No error in trace. I did a search but did not find answer.

I appreciate if someone can shed some light because our EP is not functional.

It's fixed by re-start EP.

Hi Charles,

If the Certificates tab does not appear, check the UME parameter

ume.logon.allow.cert

Hi ,

Do you get any errors in , if possible post it

/usr/sap/<SID>/<iNSTANCE>/j2ee/cluster/server(n)/log/system/security.log
