JMS Receiver channel error

Dear All,

  Need urgent help, on production system we are suddenly started getting below error for JMS receiver channel.

When we restart JMS service and cluster node channels start working. cna you please advice.

Error:  com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: No transition found from state: STARTING, on event: process_commence for DFA:

Hi Meenakshi,

This is not PI issue.

This error generally comes due to the connectivity issues between the SAP PI and the 3rd party to which you are connecting via JMS channel. Please check with your basis team.

We sometime got this error in non production as the number of JMS channels open in NON PROD  increase the limit set by the basis team. so we close some channels and the connectivity is again established.

Please try to open few JMS channels and if it is working fine, I can check with my basis team to tell the parameter to be changed in order to avoid this issue,

Hi Monica,

Would suggest that you go into NWA and go to the logs under developer logs and see if you can find any errors that might be helpful.
