Email for ChaRM status not working

Hello Experts,

We are configuring ChaRM and are using Mail forms for email set up. The Email are working fine for standard SAP provided actions. But we want Emails to be generated for more statuses'. We copied the standard action (for example ZMCR_SEND_MAIL_CHANGE_MANAGER) and created conditions for this action. Even with Scheduling and Start conditions set, emails are not getting triggered on status change.

Kindly guide me on how to debug the issue and get this working.

Can you check if you are doing the partner dependent actions.

Please follow the below note and mark the corrections

1759791.


See if your actions are getting scheduled there

CRMC_ACTION_JOB.


Execute old actions(same scheduled actions) and then it should work. considering your SCOT settings are fine.
