how to find inbound idoc number from outbound idoc

Hi Experts,

I have an outbound idoc number, I want find inbound idoc number based on that outbound idoc and reprocess that for understanding that function module logic.Anyone can help me for this requirement.

Hi Ramesh,

it depends on the process: An outbound IDOC goes to a destination where it may or may not be processed as inbound IDOC. The destination may or may not be your own system.

An inbound IDOC comes from a destination where it may or may not have been be processed as outbound IDOC. The destination may or may not be your own system.


So what is your process, what are the IDOC types in question?
