Leave Request Approval issue- POWL inbox

Dear Experts,

We are having using ESS/MSS WDA applications through NWBC for HTML. We are facing an issue wherein when we create a Leave Request , the Leave request doesnot come to Manager for approval in his POWL inbox. We are using standard PFCG roles for ESS (SAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_WDA_2) & MSS(SAP_MANAGER_MSS_NWBC_2). Could you please let me know if I need to make any POWL specific configuration so that Manager can get work items in his POWL inbox for the approval.

Check transaction SWI1 for workflow log and look for agents
