Deletion of Process steps with attributes as global in implementation project

Hi All,

When we tried to delete the process steps with attributes as global in implementation project, it allowed us to delete but with warning message. But as you know it should not allow to delete the process step which are global .

Please suggest on this how to prevent this ?

Dear Hazira,

most probably your user has too many authorizations.

here in particular:  authorization object S_PROJ_GEN with the value GLOB in the field PROJ_FUNC

With this authorization you can perform the activity which is normally forbidden, after confirming warning messages
