Hi All

I would like to ask query regarding sale order confirmation, Is it possible to confirm sale order based on blocked stock ??? If yes, Please comment what stock setting i need to in ECC and APO.

hi Sudakar,

Isn't this straight forward. Just include the blocked stock ATP category in the Scope of check for your ATP group and Business Event. Very simple.

Hi Babu and Dogboy,

I have a different inquiry though same set up as what you are proposing.

During my return-delivery creation (to vendor) I noticed that if I don't have unrestricted stocks, it is not being created, but if I do, it is created. this is despite that I have blocked stocks in my internal plant.

Should I change 02/A or 02/B to have CI? (im not sure where return-delivery creation falls into the business event)

or is it a different case?

Sudhakar,

Assuming you are using a standard product availability check in APO, then you can include Blocked stock order category (CI) in your availability Scope of Check (config is in SCM: IMG>APO>GATP>Product Availability check>Maintain Check Control).
