Add-ons working only windows administration login

Hi,

Third party Add-ons working only windows administration login. If i give admin rights for that user add-on will work . otherwise not work how i resolve it?

Yes if you provide full admin rights it will work... also try to install the addon with the admin rights..

some user i am not give admin rights but it will working. few user only the problem . as per the policy i am not give the admin rights for the user.  any other solution is there.
