Hello,

We have just moved from PPM 5.0 to PPM 6.0. The item got created successfully and we also created a project. We got a prompt that says "Bottom up scheduling carried out" and also the Project tab becomes visible within the item. When we click on the "Project" and choose either the roles or tasks we get the following messages.

Error
Object 005056AC622D1EE4B0C159A3826FFE4B does not exist

Error

No object of object category 'Project' exists for GUID 005056AC622D1EE4B0C159A3826FFE4B

Can someone guide us what could have gone wrong?

Resolved. It was to do with the RFC destination.

Hi,

This is was to do with entering the correct RFC destination ( ie. the current system on which PPM is installed) within the Decision Flow Management settings. Could you attach a screen shot of your issue please?

thanks

Hi, this is the error I received.

I found the note 1923988 but it seems already implemented in my system.

thank you.

Hi, have you implemented any user exit for cProjects? Could you check please?

We implemented our user exit copyng CL_DPR_DEMO_SUBSYSTEM.

Okay, that could be the problem. There might be certain conditions written within that exit that cannot be fulfilled. Just for checking could you deactivate the user-exit and try once again. You should not get that error message.

thank you.

we will check the GUID in our user exit in order to check if it is in DPR_TASK.

If it not exist than we will exit.

thank you for your help.
