Advice when upgrading

Hi

I will be shortly upgrading from SAP NW PO 7.31 SP8 to SP14. I am currently reviewing the changes I can expect to see but I am looking for advice.

Are there any bugs or surprises I should be aware of. Anything I should prepare for? Anything that may cause delays during the handover process? Does anyone in the community have simiar experience?

I hope it will be a smooth upgrade but I like to be prepared

We had one issue to do with SOAP ACTIONS which was resolved with a fix. Otherwise the upgrade was transparent.
