SAP_BASIS 702 0014 after patching solman_setup not responding

Hi Experts

After implementing SAP_BASIS 702 0014 and doing the steps for System Preperation and Basic configuration.

There where some notes that needed to be implemented via note 1933506.

After going thru this there are things in the work center that no longer respond, no error just nothing happens when click´d on.

Like the configure system in the managed system config and Change management  maintenance optimizer.

As you're facing solman_setup hanging issue,you could also look for  1839388 - SOLMAN_SETUP hangs because the browser do not support Adobe Flash

Addition to all above best suggestions,could you confirm any recent changes for IE at OS level performed ? If possible could you check on some other OS as well & re share the outcomes.

Hi  Vioar ,

Try to create the maintanence transaction using transaction LMDB

Technical system  ( choose ur system and  edit )

Choose the product system

Against product versions you get the  "Maintenance transaction "

Hi Vioar,

Did you implement just Basis sp14, or did you implement it as part of the latest SolMan sp stack? Stack 12 includes Basis sp15.

Have you patched all the components of the solution manager  or just the SAP_BASIS ?

SAP Note  1933506 is for SPS11 . What is your support pack stack , please provide a screenshot of the same .

Is the note correctly implemented . Do you have any notes with issues in SNOTE - Please check

Last but also least Did you run SGEN  after the patch upgrade ?

sgen was executed , yes there is a long list of notes in snotes

Are you sure you patched only the component SAP_BASIS ?

Because your SAP_ABA /PI_BASIS/BI_CONT/SAP_BW all seems to be patched as well .

Any reason why you  tried to patch individually ?

Nomarlly Solution manager is patched as a single stack as there are dependencies .

Any dumps in the system ?

Is it possible to for you to patch  it to SPS12 ?

I can´t since the optimizer is not working so I cant create the xml file.
