HI Basis,

addition to above recommendations ,could you please verify for port entry sapdp99 3299/tcp under services file at OS level & also try to modify host file as like

127.0.0.1  localhost.localdomain  localhost

<IP of Server>  <Host Name>

After that try to perform SAPOSS connection test again.Would be best to refer http://service.sap.com/saprouter-sncadd

Hi,

Because what you said your 1st post and your last one, that you was using previously SAPSERV1, I assume that you never used certificates. Is that correct?

If so, you need to follow the instructions on http://service.sap.com/saprouter-sncadd

Hi,

Share dev_w4 work process log file for analysis.Addition to it try to delete SAPOSS from SM59 & recreate the same by supplying exact info under OSS1 & test again.

Hi,

Maybe a silly question, but does your SAPROUTER public IP address is registered on SAP Marketplace?

I'm asking because the error "(NIEROUT_PERM_DENIED) from peer"...

Also, please check SAP note 33135 - Guide for OSS1

Hi,

Please post the contents of the file "dev_rout" and "saprouterlog" that are on the same folder of SAPROUTER binaries.
