Conversion factor for PCS into KGS

Hi Gurus..

I have a requirement for Conversion of unit of measurement, Our business process is garment where UOM is in PCS and the Raw material and different process like Knitting, Dyeing, Compacting etc.. Where UOM is in KGS. While doing MRP, we could not get the exact KGS requirement because of conversion factor. please guide us.

Ideally, you should have discussed with your PP consultant or posted in PP forum since your query is related to MRP and not sales.
