Viewing Pay stub

Does anybody knows if SAP ECC 5.0 offers a Detail and Summary view for pay stubs?

Carlos,

The standard Paystub will show all earning details, total earnings, gross, deductions, total deductions and net amount.

You will get current and YTD values, but you want to modify the layout if you want to get paystub based on specific formats.

Did you try PZ11 or PZ11_PDF ?

Well I can't access that transaction. I receive this message:

"Transaction PZ11 cannot be called in the Easy Access Menu"

You can access it from any other screen.. go to SE93 & then type /NPZ11 in the command window.

It seems like it's taking only my user name, I was able to go through the SE93 but now I have this message:

'User <<MYUSERNAME>> does not exist in this period"

am I doing something wrong? or this transaction can be only executed for the current user.

This Tcode is for using one's own paystub in ESS.. You have to mainatin the USERID in subtype 0001 of Infotype 0105 via PA30 to view the pay stub.

I thought you were looking for the ESS Tcode.. if not, you can always use PC00_M10_CEDT.

Do you want to see them through portal or directly in SAP?

Follow Suresh's responses if you want to see throgh portal, otherwise use below tcodes:

PC00_M10_CEDT

PC00_M10_HRF

I should specify that I wanted to look it directly in SAP.
