Hi All,
Till now we are able to Incident message (ZMIN) from Satellite system for top level component with very high priority.
Recently we have updated our system SolMan 7.1 SP08 to SP12 after which we are unable create Incident message (ZMIN) from Satellite system for top level component with very high priority.

When creating incidents from satellite systems FM SUP_STSUP_NOTIFICATION_CREATE is used.
So, I suggest you place a breakpoint there and look what data is used to create the ticket. You may also check the sesstings in BCOS_CUST.

We checked the same and found new validation in the updated system.
Whether there is any way to by-pass it?
