Error during Access Mobile connection

Hello,

We are on BI 4.0 SP2 Patch16 and SAP BO Mobile App is on version 6.1.7.

we are setup as in the following link:

We tested the correct deployment of the war files by using this link http://servername:8080/MobileBIService/MessageHandlerServlet?message=GetVersion and below is the screenshot:

We created the connections as per this document but on android How to Connect SAP BO Mobile to a BI Server 4.0

but we face MOB 06031 errors.

Note: we can access the servername:8080/boe/cmc from android explorer.

Hi Said,

Can you provide the connection details as well - possibly the screenshot. That would help to understand this better.

MOB 06031 indicates an error from mobile server is received which is not a expected error from mobile client perspective.

    Thanks about your reply,

We are already logon now and the connection which we created it take the correct mark behind it:

but we face three problems at logon:

1- when we are logon, we found no data or report is found (No Documents Available).

although we are create a new category that called mobile, and create report in it.

2- when we scroll down screen, we received the same MOB 06031 errors, although we are use the administrator user.

3- When we try to create a new category from Mobile, it's done, but we didn't find it.

Hi Said,

If you have the mobile category correctly configured on Mobile Server. And if the documents are assigned to this category. Then after logon, those documents should be listed on mobile as long as you have rights to view the document.

if that still does not happen for you. I would suggest you to open an SAP Support ticket and they would be more than happy to help you.
