dates issue in workforce planning

Hi all,

in workforce planning through CMP2 and CMP3, the latest dates of activities is taken into account instead of earliest dates. Is it the common way in workforce planning? I need to plan the workforce based on the earliest date of activities. is it possible to do this?

your help will be appreciated

Hi Majid,

Please check the Scheduling type of the Network header, is it Forwards or Backwards?

Also check the Disaggregation flag (Work to period start) in the Workforce Planning Profile (CMPC).

Hi Paulo,

Thanks for your consideration. I had set before the settings mentioned above. These are:

Forward scheduling and the check box is ticked.

However the solution was another setting in the system and I resolved my problem.
