Problems with sap cloud test

Hi I have a problem my systems says its on test.

We did all te list of things also the go live poin.

But somehow we forgot to do something and the people from support cant help us.

I think someone here can help us ?

Hi support told me they couldn´t help me that I needed to look for a partner of SAP for this issue.

Santosh is with SAP and wants to read the details in the actual ticket.  In order to help, he needs the BCP ID (i.e. external reference ID) of the ticket, please.

So, if I understood correctly, you have a test tenant and want to go live - did you already request a production tenant? I checked specifically for Ferrocarril Mexicano, S.A. de C.V. (Ferromex) and according to our records, you do not have a production tenant as yet. For directions on how to request for a productive tenant, please refer:

Please note that you cannot go live on a test tenant.

The problem is this one.

We are using the system like pro everything works ok. But we dont know why it says test ?

We did all the list in the implementation also de go live pro point.
