Disable systems in SAP system monitoring mobile APP

Hi,

I have configured solman and system monitoring mobile app by using my owns sap user account. When I log in to app using my account everything is ok (I see all 12 systems which are active in SOLMAN). Problem is when other user try to log in, he doesn't have systems there. This same user has access to solman and in desktop application he has able all these systems (all have active monitoring status).

Could you help solve this problem ? Any ideas what could be wrong ?

Hi Abhishek,

1. I've seen this discussion and it is other problem. In our app screen display normal screen with All systems 0/0. Only in my own account I see All systems 12/12. Problem is not with phones because I have checked this with my account on two different phones.

2. I have seen this guide and I have done all steps.

Here is example screen for others user (0/0 in first post I attached screen from my account)

Hi,

I attach screenshot from my account on mobile app. Problem is the other users see "All systems 0/0" instead "All systems 12/12" like me. In desktop app they have all 12 systems with active monitoring status.

Hi,

Are both users having same mobile application(OS version etc) .Also are these systems added as favorites in your app

Also can you check if anything is written to  the logs (settings>submit Log).

We can also try to clear the cache and reinstall the app once

I don't have  settings > submit Log tab in my Android app.

Both use the same app for android.
