How can i use properties feature in sap persona.Can any one give small example?

The properties in black rather than grey are changeable, so to look at your example of the properties on the user area you can change the background and border colours and the alignment of any image. There'll be more changeable properties when you scroll down.

For buttons, labels, etc. you can change font properties. For buttons you can change the corner radius to round them off. And so on.

Experiment and see what happens...
