Hello All,
Please help me, I have created a sales order with qty 10 pcs and net value as 100 EUR upon saving the order I got a message "static credit check: credit limit exceeded " means order blocked for credit check. So I have released the order via VKM3 on same day.
After two days I reduced the Sales order qty from 10 to 8 pcs and released net value became 100 EUR to 80 EUR (released old net value lesser that new net value). In this case my sales order blocked again under credit block.
Is this standard behavior? or do we have any OSS notes to fix this issue.
Seeking your help urgently.
Thanks in Advance

Karthy

Hi karthy,
This will be as per your configurations and credit limit set for the customer. When you modify the quantity and net value is changed, the credit control is triggered
For more information, please paste the OVA8 screenshot. The fields Under the section " Released documents are still unchecked" are critical for this behaviour. Please check the values in them.

Hello SR Kumar,
So you mean any changes to Sales order (released net value) will get increased or decreased which will result in Credit block again in the sales order?
If new net value (80 EUR) is changed to lesser than released old net value (100 EUR), will credit check re-occur and block the document? Is this standard behavior?
Finance has already approved and released the document for 100 EUR then why dose the system re block for credit check if the value changes to 80 EUR.
Thanks in Advance.

Karthy
Hi,
Kindly check the below note:
377165 - Update open credit values for credit management
As per the above note it is a standard behavior . Let other experts throw some light on it.

SRK
