I have a situation when ZMIN is already confirmed and no longer editable,
however I am still able to create a new follow up ZMCR document for this incident.
I believe SMIN/SMCR standard behavior is the same.
Is there a way to prevent this ? I.e. I need the "Create follow up" button to be greyed out for status Confirmed in ZMIN.
Thank you
Elena
Hello Elena,
check this SAP note 1649583 - Not possible to restrict creation of follow-on transaction

Hi Suhel, thank you for quick response !
I just checked - the note is pretty old and cannot be implemented in our system, must be already part of the support package (it's SP10).
So as there is no program error, then it must be configurable somewhere - looking for that configuration piece.
