R&A on the basis of Person Responsible

Dear Gurus,

I created a role to control project on the basis of person responsible. E.g. Per. Resp. X is assigned to Project 123 (123 has activity assigned n/w)

It behaves well if I maintain X in new project e.g. do not allow to display WBSEs & Activities to unauthorized user.

But in old projects (no person responsible was maintained earlier), I maintained X in all the WBSEs, unauthorised user can't see the WBSEs but able to make changes in the activities (using CJ20N). Any idea?

Hi Kuldeep,

Use object S_TCODE-Transaction Code Check at Transaction Start and assign related TCODE to authorized person only.

check user authorization Object

C_AFKO_DIS-Network: MRP Group (Plant) and Transaction Type

maintain MRP COntroller same as person responsible and assign the same in this object too.

Its already in place. Problem is it is not giving same results for 2 cases.

go for custom object which will check related WBS and person responsible.

i have worked on requirement where client want control on Project Profile so we have created custom object and some coding in background.

for this use SU21 tcode.
