Activate fields for Reconcillation account Type (ACCRECID) and Open Management check box

How to activate below highlighted fields in MDG 7.0 FP02

As per arrtibute properties is it shown as below

Recon account type and Open item can be activated based on account group. Check FI config - Field status for this. If account grp is balance sheet then only recon gets activated. Same applicable for open item management.
