GATP and AFS compatibility

Hi

Has anyone been able to enable GATP for AFS materials? Is there anything that would prevent ATP check happening in APO for AFS materials? Any information greatly appreciated.

Dear Venkat,

"Not all functionalities that are available in the standard system are also available to SAP AFS customers for AFS materials. For example, in the standard ERP system, a global available to promise (ATP) check can be carried out for standard materials in SAP SCM. However, this is not possible for AFS materials when in SAP AFS the ERP system is connected to SAP SCM."

Hi Venkat

with SAP AFS as backend ERP system, SAP does not support GATP within SAP SCM module.

we require to work with Allocation run and ATP which is available in AFS.

Hi,

SAP AFS has something called allocation run (ARUN), Allocation Run - SAP Apparel and Footwear (SAP AFS) - SAP Library , try to use this functionality in place of GATP.
