GRC AC Role Training Prerequisites

Hi Experts ,

I would like to implement the ERM functionality Role Prerequisites .

After doing some research I've thus far  learned the following needs to be done :

Set parameter 2014 to BADI ;

Implement & activate BADI GRAC_TRG_VERIF ;

Update role prerequisite values via SPRO (under role management)

Update the actual role via NWBC with the prerequisite requirements,

Use rule ID GRAC_MSMP_DETOUR_TRG_VERIF via MSMP .

My question is , where do you update the actual user details with the relevant training requirements ?

E.g. Requirement for role XY is the attend training "ABC"

Once the user has now completed the relevant training "ABC"  , where do I update the users record to reflect this information .

I have found table GRACRLPREREQ...but im not sure if this is the correct place .

Any feedback will be really appreciated .

Hi AJ,

I believe GRACRLPREREQ is just the table storing the listed pre-requisites configured in the GRC SPRO section.

Thanks for your feedback .

I have already read the content from the links you supplied while I doing my research .

Unfortunately it doesn't explain how to update the users information with the relevant prerequisite details .

I will continue investigating this & create an post with all the relevant information once I get it right . (It seems that there is consolidated document with the required information - at least not one that I can find)
