Error while adding additional host as worker

Hello

I have installed suse on another host and done below steps to install worker.

     1.created SIDADM user with same group id(sapsys)

     2.shared /hana and /usr/sap/SID mount point to secondary node(worker)

after that went to location /hana/shared/SID/hdblcm and started hdblcm to add host but it is giving error.

Can you please suggest is anything am missing.

As Bojan has already stated, when posting here please include the error you are seeing. With out the exact error you will be given guessed answers which will prolong the solution time.

Hi Mahipal,

There are some errors regarding point 2, you should not share /usr/sap/SID to other nodes.

Hi Mahipal,

you may already assume that we cannot tell you anything without knowing the exact error you were getting. Every hdbaddhost call is logged in the the hdblcm logfile of the operation so at least this file, I would say is absolutely necessary to take a look into in order to help out.
