configure service Registry in netweaver administrator in sap pi 7.41the web

Hi Experts

I want to publish the webservice exposed by sap pi 7.41

But when i have clicked on ID...>Integrated Confrigartion...>Publish in SR

Its throwing me this error

"coulndt establish connection to servcie registry"

Pls find the screenshot

how can i resolve it, does anybody have any clue

Check this note  1267817 - Configure Services Registry proxy (ServicesRegistrySi) as well.

Dear Nunu,

Please check if Service Registry is configured for your system . Its a post installation step , needs to complete by Basis team.
