Need to download bulk invoices as pdf

Hi

Need to download 1000 invoices in PDF format in local desktop.please let me know  whether it can be achieved through standard

Do you need all 1000 invoices in one PDF file? Or in 1000 files?

You could send output to PDF printer (Google CutePDF and 'pdf printer site:sap.com'). You could send it to spool (uncheck 'Print immediately') and then convert spool to PDF using RSTXPDFT4. (There are over 3,000 hits on Google for 'convert spool to pdf site:sap.com'.)

Or you could print it out and then scan it into PDF (well, it's not exactly a smart workaround but a workaround nevertheless).

hi,

I want to download the more than 2000 invoice from the sap

i have a invoice number in excel

my question is we can able to use VB for generating invoice in pdf (single file) in to my folder

if it is possible can you able to provide me the code and how it work

or tell me how to download all those invoice in smarter way

because it take 5 to 6 days to pull those data from SAP

We are not privileged to develop a new development for this requirement. We need some smart workaround without any development.

How to see a invoice in pdf format from vf03 since my invoice  is not smartform, it is sap script.

Therefore I unable to see through transaction PDF!.

Hi Karthi,

What i understood  from your requirement is that  you just want to see invoice  in PDF format for that just got to print Preview in VF02/VF03 and type PDF! there you can  view the invoice in PDF Format.

PDF! will be working only for smartfotrms. How will see it for SAP scripts?

This program will take only one spool number at a given point of time.
