An empty screen in the GBT Web UI often points to inactive ICF services.
Please perform the following steps:
If this does not solve your issue, please open an SAP incident on CA-GBT.
Please also check note 1863380 (Activating ICF services for GBT Web UI) for an overview of ICF services needed for the GBT Web UI.
