Getting a blank page when starting any report from launchpad

Dar Expert,

We have installed GBT 2.0 and have completed all basic setting with initial data load.

In the launchpad when we try to start any report like Usage List Bottom- UP or distribution list, we get blank page.

Please find the screenshots attached.

Please help.

Dear Mudit,

An empty screen in the GBT Web UI often points to inactive ICF services.

Please perform the following steps:

1. Call transaction SICF and enter 'webgui' in selection field 'Service Name'.
   Open context menu for service default_host → sap → bc → gui → sap → its → webgui and choose 'Activate Service'.
2. Go back to selection screen of transaction SICF and enter 'mimes' in selection field 'Service Name'.
   Open context menu for service default_host → sap → public → bc → its → mimes and choose 'Activate Service'.
3. Call transaction SE80, in the Repository Browser choose 'Internet Services' and enter the service 'SYSTEM'.
   Open context menu on the service 'SYSTEM' and choose 'Publish' → 'Complete Service'.
