Incident management - How to restrict team wise

Hi Friends,

There are two teams

Team Civil:

End User          Civil_manojc

Team Lead        Civil_mms

Team FI

End User           FI_AJAYS

Team Lead         FI_GOPESHC

incidents will be raised by managed systems.

In my current scenario everybody is able to everybody's incidents.

Requirement::::

incidents by  Civil_manojc should be visible to his lead Civil_mms only and

incidents by  FI_AJAYS should be visible to his lead FI_GOPESHC only.

Hi Rajineesh,

You should then use Partnerdetermination based on the support team for the specific component.

Then assign the user to the related business role in the supportteam.

From standard it should already configured in a way that the user should now only see tickets related to users support team.

Hi Rajineesh,

One of the ways is through tx IB52.

Search for iBase 1.

Select your component -> GoTo -> partner -> select the requested BP role and add the BPs.
