All the diff between XI 3.0 and PI 7.0

Hi All,

Pls let me know all the difference between XI 3.0 and PI 7.0

What Is difference in

1. GUI

2. Functionalities

3. IR, ID, RWB---any Screen wise difference

4. What is there in PI 7.0 that is is not present in XI 3.0

If I learn in XI 3.0 can I work in PI 7.0 with out any additional training

Few difference which i coudl found in 7.0 is , we can schedule a background job and edit the payload.

Hey

i have worked in both 3.0 and 7.0 and didn't see any difference in IR or ID,there are some differences in SLD and RWB but everything is kinda self explanatory and hopefully u should not have any problem working in 7.0.

most of the difference is in the interface of SLD and some changes in RWB.other than that its pretty much the same

Hi,

The main difference between 3.0 and 7.0 is the GUI in SLD. But, it is pretty easy to adopt. All other components, e.g. IR, ID, RWB, should virtually be identical.

7.0 also contain some SCM contents not available from 3.0. For most of us, this is a non-issue.
