Alert for Mail Adapter

Hello,

I am picking the file from thirdparty through mail attachment at some particular time and sending file to App Server.

Now, my issue is how to set an Alert if the file is notpicked and if it crosses that particulat time.

Hi Swetha,

Since you have a Mail-to-File scenario with no ESR objects, I'd suggest you to try using  'PayloadSwapBean' module in Sender Mail adapter to replace mail attachment as the Main XI Payload. If you get an error due to blank / no attachment in mail then you can trigger an alert for the same. Refer below links.

But here i dont have ESR part. I just want to pick the attachment File from mail and then send it to App server.

Hi Swetha,

You can achieve this using BPM with deadline branch and send an alert from BPM.
