I am trying to create the CS - customer repair and return in IDES. I can create Notification , repasir SO and make a PGR , but after repair , i am unable to created delivery to send it back.the Item cat in SO is IRRS , for this the copy control does not exit for delivery type LF also , if i try to maintain the system dumps.
any suggestion?
