Model error in condition assgmt

Dear Experts,

   User is  facing one issue in change mode of sales order "Model error in condition assignment"...i am not finding any clue regards this issue not even from google, so request to help on this .

please check below, it seems its what you are looking for and this sap note have suggestion to fix your issue.

Symptom

In standard, according to the characteristics value assigned to the characteristics which refers to field VKOND, variant condition line(condition type VA00) appears in the condition tab of sales order.
However when there are several Characteristics have the same value, there is only one condition
line in the condition tab.

Thanks for your help, i have asked to user delete all the line items and create again the order with same material and quantity this time it was not came and issue was solved by this way ..

       But need to know the route cause.

Good to hear its solved, root cause was multiple entry of same variant condition.
