where i can download Sybase ASE 15.7 for Linux plateform ? i have same for Windows plateform but i want for LINUX

i want it for my self practice on my personal Desktop.

please provide  the link where i can download it .

The free editions are the Developer and the Express editions which can be downloaded from this space's front page, see "Downloads" at the top of the central panel at http://scn.sap.com/community/developer-center/oltp-db

Hello,

the link Bret sent, is for a free version of ASE 16 on Linux. There is no free edition 15.7 available.

It is always important to download the express editions as they come out.  You can still use and install the older editions as much as you want but you're not allowed to redistribute them.

Is there an option to download it from your company from sap's support site? Do you see the linux versions?

In windows any setup of ASE, when executed, offers an option to be installed in developer mode. I guess it's similar in linux?

You will need to have a coworker with access to download it for you.
