Adding GRC system to Super user access

Right now we have added our ECC/BI/APO/SRM systems to our GRC system
for Super user access can we also add the GRC system GRP to the Super user privilege management. If so I have added the GRP system to the SUPMG and ran all the Jobs but when I try to add the FF Owner's for the Firefighter ID's I can't see the Firefighter ID's. I might have missed something. Can you please help.I can't see the user's in GRACUSER and GRACUSERCONN Tables.

Does the GRC component also have the plug-in installed so that GRC is both the GRC system and a satellite?

Also, you then have to do the GRC plug-in configuration and make sure the GRC FF Ids have the GRC FF Role assigned before running sync

Hi Colleen,

GRC FF Ids have the GRC FF Role but how do you add the GRC system as a satellite.

Thanks

When I checked SLG1 I can see the below errors.

I think we have to install the below component in GRC system. We have installed the below component in all our ECC/SRM/BI/APO systems.

HI Venkat

If you are getting function module errors for /GRCPI then you need to check add-in as I mentioned

So yes, you will need to install the plug-in. Talk to your basis team and they can look at the Installation and Admin guides.

Hi Venkat,

did you check the RFC connection if the user can retrieve information from the target system? Did you trace the authorization when you ran the synchronization? As information is missing in the tables it might be that the system cannot collect the data from the target.

To check use transactions SLG1, ST01 / STAUTHTRACE, ST22, etc.

Let us know.
